On October 13, 2021 at 7 PM, my very first solo art exhibition, “INTRO”, kicked off in style at the Neckargemünd Town Hall. A massive dream of mine finally came true! Making sure the flyer and the poster turned into pieces of art themselves was crucial to me. The little slideshow on this page shows why it took me around 60 hours of raw grind to design and arrange everything just right. No digital trickery, no retouching. Everything was created purely analog and photographed afterwards.

The tools spelling out the INTRO lettering are all absolutely indispensable to my art.

The painted wooden pieces are actually my workbench slats, used to prop up individual letter segments while spraying my wood graffiti. Over the years, some turned into mini masterpieces themselves and just begged to be honored somehow.

Four of the dopest ones became the text backdrop inside the flyer, and were subsequently arranged as a standalone piece of art for the exhibition. Figuring out the right combination and alignment was no walk in the park.

Visitors got hit with my full spectrum of techniques: graffiti, chalk art, wood graffiti, a wood graffiti sculpture, paper relief, acrylic painting, and acrylic pouring. Much of it mashed together and finished with hand-crafted solid wood frames I built myself.

The very first sneak peek of my creative chaos was on display at the showcase “Chalk Drawings of Neckargemünd” in the windows of the Schmitt & Hahn bookstore at Hanfmarkt in Neckargemünd. It ran from June 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021, and honestly paved the way for the big town hall exhibition. For that, I’m forever grateful!
